Every book is packed and shipped by hand from Camden, Maine. We take care with each order — here is what you can expect.
Order Processing
Orders are processed once a week, every Wednesday. If you place your order before Wednesday, it will ship that week. Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following Wednesday.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination country and local postal services.
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions before placing your order.
Delivery Estimates
All delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Please keep the weekly processing schedule in mind when calculating expected arrival.
During busy periods — including the holiday season — shipping carriers may experience delays outside our control. We recommend ordering early if you need a book by a specific date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package directly on the UPS or FedEx website.
Damaged or Lost Orders
We want every book to arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at mmr@baldmtfarm.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will send a replacement at no charge.
Please include your order number and, if the book arrived damaged, a photo of the damage so we can address the issue with our carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us at mmr@baldmtfarm.com as soon as possible—if the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it before the next Wednesday processing date.
