Every order is packed with care in Camden, Maine. We want your book to arrive perfectly — and if it doesn't, we will make it right.

Our Policy
​
Because our books are physical goods shipped directly from the author, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or preference. All sales are final except in the cases outlined below.

Damaged Orders
​
If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at mmr@baldmtfarm.com with:

Your order number

A photo of the damage
We will send a replacement copy at no cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged book.

If you would prefer a refund rather than a replacement, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of your request being approved.

Lost Orders
​
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no movement or confirms the package is lost, please contact us at mmr@baldmtfarm.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
​
We will work with the carrier to investigate and, once confirmed lost, will send a replacement copy or issue a full refund to your original payment method — whichever you prefer.

Refund Processing
​
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Outside the 10-Day Window
​
We are unable to process refund or replacement requests made more than 10 days after the delivery date or expected delivery date. If you have a question about a late claim, please reach out and we will do our best to help.
